New log home business sets up shop in Augusta County

STAUNTON — Phillip Brown, a area builder, was not necessarily hunting to incorporate to his portfolio of businesses past calendar year when he was approached about acquiring a couple of Augusta County qualities.

But after negotiations, Brown and co-operator Danny Owen opted to go ahead in October and bought the land and a log design house at 3038 Lee Jackson Freeway, together with a mill in Greenville.

With that, Eagle Stage Log Homes was born.

Eagle Stage is positioned on Lee Jackson Freeway at the previous web-site of Blue Ridge Log Households. Brown, who now owns five providers, preferred it designed very clear that he bought only the property, not the former business enterprise that was the moment housed there. Brown reported he and Owen are the fourth entrepreneurs of the log cabin structure at the web-site on Lee Jackson Freeway.

The saw mill for Eagle Point Log Homes, located in Greenville, is now operational.

Brown, who has been in the construction business for 25 several years, claimed the new log cabin undertaking will promote log cabin kits, and claimed wooden for the households will be built in-property at the refurbished mill in Greenville. He explained Eagle Point’s setup is exclusive in that numerous corporations in the log residence enterprise have the kits produced somewhere else, which are then shipped.
